Again, it raises the question why would they work with me if they are already killing it and growing on their own?

Well alot of it comes down to current market conditions.

They have the infrastructure in place to handle more listings and had just opened up their 4th office but the market conditions meant that listings were at an all time low, like historically low!

So any listings they got sold like hot cakes, the problem was getting the stock in the first place.

So keen to solve that issue for his company, Brent launched a campaign in every single core market area from day 1 and it certainly paid off :)

Within only 2 weeks of launching 3 campaigns and $893 spent we generated them 226 inbound appraisal inquires!

This is an interesting case study because I wasn't sure at the time how things would work out with their campaigns.

This is because alot of their core areas which they wanted listing opportunities in, the average home price is $3 mil+.

Nick had used alot of different methods and companies in the past which didn't seem to generate what he was hoping from the money he was investing each month, some even outright scamming him by renaming old leads to hit their promised KPI's!

He scaled back his team and took me on to have a reliable system to generate new opportunities because his dedicated prospector was off work for the next couple months. This as you might be able to guess worked out nicely for him and his team.

These guys initially were quite hard to convince that I had a legitimate system to generate them listings, it is safe to say they were skeptical, very skeptical.

But I can't blame them, they had heard it all and seemingly tried it all (as you may be able to tell from their reviews).

But back to their problem, ultimately why did they invest in my system?

Well they didn't really do any prospecting, like at all.

Because they are based in Melbourne, close to the city, the competition and commission cutting is fierce so spending time doing alot of manual prospecting isn't worth the effort for a sophisticated team such as themselves.

So they were just relying on referrals and selling properties from their rent roll to keep sales going and keep cash in the business.

You can see how this can be a problem though. They have no sustainable way to take on listings and ultimately grow the business which was their goal.

We changed that for them :)

Over the first 3 months we brough 214 new inbound appraisal inquires with $4,472 spent and they couldn't be happier.

1. Stephen was at a pretty difficult time in his career, he had just left an agency that wasn't serving him the way he would like and had to take on a second job while trying to find new listings.

2. He didn't have a CRM at the time just using a word document as a CRM and only really showed up to listing presentations with his phone and nothing properly prepared.

3. He couldn't actually afford the service at the time and took out financing to be able to do so as he had seen the results we were getting for other people in WA

4. The WA market at the time is one of the most difficult stock wise in all of Australia!

5. This case study really showcases to me the power of this system regardless of how experienced of an agent you are and how even new agents can outperform experienced ones with this system if they approach it right!

So here is what we generated for him to completely change his entire situation and career:

Within the first week we generated 15 appraisal inquires for him with only $193.05 spent, 10 of which were contacted.

From that 10 he booked 2 appointments, the first one was about to list but decided to list with another agent. The second one decided to list with him for $1.9 mil at 2% (2.5x the average home price of the area)

This will result in a 190x return within only the first week!

It makes me so happy to see that Stephen was willing to take a leap of faith and put in the work and then get massive results from that.

As a small independent team of 7 spread across 3 offices in Northern New South Wales (where I'm based), there isn't too much that you can do in the way of manual prospecting over such a wide area.

One letter box drop to all her core areas, even with a team of 4-5 would take weeks!

It's impossible to be able to make any sort of meaningful impact manually with such a small team in such a big area.

Our task, to build her brand in areas she wanted to break into and book more appointments.
